Bradford Real Estate Adds GNR’s Denise Moore as Principal Broker
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Bradford Real Estate is proud to announce the appointment of Denise Moore as its new Principal Broker. Located at 807 Bradford Avenue, Bradford Real Estate is excited to bring Moore’s exceptional leadership and industry expertise to their growing team.
Moore brings executive leadership and market expertise from her six-year involvement with Greater Nashville REALTORS®, where she currently serves the Board of Directors as Vice President of Association Affairs. In 2022, after obtaining her real estate broker education and license, Moore completed the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Leadership Academy program. She was installed as the board’s VP in 2024.

Moore will officially take the seat and assume the duties of Principal Broker on Tuesday, October 1. Working closely with Bradford’s Executive Vice President, Lori Kennedy, Moore will be responsible for all agent activity and ensuring compliance with the state and federal industry regulations.

Moore moved to Nashville in 1997 after earning her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Oklahoma University. She also brings a rich background in retail management and customer service, further enhancing her ability to connect agents.
