What is covered?
Bradford Academy is a one-year training program that emphasizes industry immersion. Instructed by Bradford Real Estate’s Training & Education Broker Josh Weber, the program covers a wide variety of topics: beginning with basic training and “how to” sessions before moving into real-life demonstrations and dedicated support from contract to close.
Who is this for?
Whether you’re a newly-licensed agent needing a guide, or you’ve been in the business for a couple of years and want the answers to take your small real estate business to the next level, Bradford Academy is right for you!
How does it work?
Course Timeline
Month One
Receive a one-month training intensive to knock out the basics and get acclimated with the tools every real estate professional needs to master to become a successful agent. Tools like Realtracs, Transaction Desk, Writing Contracts, and the Bradford CRM & Tech.
Months 2-6
Weekly one-on-one coaching begins as well as frequent shadowing and in-the-field learning opportunities with training broker. Begin working your sphere.
Months 7-12
Receive leads from brokerage and 24/7 consultation in converting those leads as well as your own. At this stage, you’ll be taking clients through the contract to close process.
12+
After graduating Bradford Academy, enrollees will make the easy transition into life as a Bradford Entrepreneur. And the best part is, while you’ll always have Josh as a resource, you’ll have become part of the community at Bradford and have many experienced peers to lean on!

Josh Weber
Bradford Academy is led by former teacher Josh Weber. He serves alongside Principal Brokers Scott Richardson and Lori Kennedy as a resource to all of Bradford’s real estate professionals who desire industry advice and consultation.
Josh holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Lipscomb University and brings over 20 years of educational experience from his time as a teacher. As a licensed real estate agent, he possesses multiple years of relevant industry experience, during which he has produced over $25M in sales volume since 2018.
