Scott Richardson Principal Broker (Nashville)
Scott is Principal Broker at Bradford's headquarters in Nashville. He's non-competing, which means he has more time to serve Bradford's real estate professionals every day. As a Nashville-native, Scott attended Lipscomb University and was married at the Schermerhorn: home of the Nashville Symphony.
Lori Kennedy Sr. VP of Growth & Operations
Lori oversees all brokerage operations: which includes onboarding new agents, improving in-house systems, and managing all training and entrepreneur events. She's held real estate licenses in four states: Illinois, Arizona, California and Tennessee; and acquired multiple accreditations along the way: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
